What does «MyPoints» program mean?

«MyPoints» is a frequent flyer program to any of the direct international destinations of Cham Wings Airlines, where you can earn:

– 100 points for each one-way ticket (economic class)

– 200 points for each return ticket (economic class)

– 200 points for each one-way ticket (business class)

– 400 points for each return ticket (business class)

How can you subscribe?

How can you earn points?

After each international flight on Cham Wings Airlines, you will need to send us your membership ID number & your ticket PNR through our website . click here

How to redeem your points?

To redeem your points and booking your free ticket, you will need to submit the reward application through our website. click here

When can you start earning points?

Earning the points starts on all international flights of Cham Wings Airlines.

Terms & conditions

Applicability

– “MyPoints” program applies to all passengers who are over 12 years and the points are calculated for each passenger separately.

– Members’ points are valid for 18 months from the date they are earned.

– Passengers do not earn points in exchange of the free tickets or discounted tickets.

– Tickets’ points used in a previous redemption will not be accepted.

– MyPoints’ members are entitled to book the free tickets on all our international scheduled flights within 6 months from the reward application submission date.

– MyPoints’ members must submit their free ticket application 7 days prior the scheduled departure time of the desired flight

Redemption:

– For redemption, MyPoints’ members will need to collect the required points to be redeemed with a free one-way / return ticket to any of the direct international destinations of Cham Wings Airlines,

– After processing reward request: MyPoints will debit the amount of points needed for reward according to the scale enforced date. points will be debited on first in, first out basis.- Cham Wings reserves the right to make changes to the conditions governing the granting of any reward, in particular the number of points required, and to cancel any reward offered without notice and with immediate effect.

– Boarding passes obtained from reservations made through “My Points” program and any free tickets issued by other airline carriers will not add points to members accounts.

– Members of MyPoints program are entitled to claim their points on all international flights provided that the flights do not exceed six month from the claiming date.

Ticketing:

– The free ticket will be issued only to My Points’ member.

– My Points’ members cannot request the transfer of the tickets issued under «My Points» program to other names or to exchange them for their value.

– Passengers are required to pay all the applicable taxes and fees.

– Bookings are subject to seats availability on a special subclass designated by Cham Wings for free travel.

General condition of carriage:

General conditions of carriage remain applicable on all My Points program ticket as with any non-My Points program ticket.
