How to Book the Service
You can book the “Ya Marhaba” service through Cham Wings Airlines Sales Offices or through adopted Travel and Tourism Offices in Syria, at least 24 hours before your flight’s departure time.
Terms and Conditions of the Ya Marhaba Service:
● The Ya Marhaba service is non-refundable.
● In case of any errors in the service booking information (contact number, address, booking number, number of passengers), please contact the issuing office for corrections.
● If the passenger is not present when requesting transportation to the airport at the address specified by him, the driver will wait for 30 minutes, after which the service will be considered canceled.
● If the passenger is not present when requesting transportation from the airport at specified location, the driver will wait for 60 minutes, after which the service will be considered canceled.
● Cham Wings Airlines is not responsible for any loss of personal luggage. Please ensure all belongings are accounted for before leaving the vehicle.
● Only one pickup address can be provided..
● The number of passengers should not exceed 2 adults with one child..
● The number of bags should not exceed 4 in the vehicle, with a maximum weight of 30 kg per bag..
● The service is not available for unaccompanied minors, and passengers under 12 years of age are not allowed to request the service.
