Important update of Cham Wings Airlines Tickets

Important update from Cham Wings Airlines regarding COVID-19:

Given the current conditions and preventive measures taken by many countries which have led to travel restrictions and the suspension of all of our flights, we will offer our passengers several options to provide them more flexibility while adjusting or canceling their reservations. This will be according to the below:

ِِA. Passengers with valid tickets that have been cancelled by Cham Wings Airlines or were unable to complete their travels due to instructions from the governments from the countries they were traveling to or from, can benefit from the following:
1. Exemption from the ticket amendment fee.
2. Exemption from price difference (if any) upon modification to scheduled flights up to December 31^st, 2021.
3. Exemption from the ticket cancellation fee. The value of the ticket will be obtained in the form of credit in the name of the traveler within the Cham Wings Airlines reservation system. This credit can be used for all of our flights and valid until the date of December 31^st, 2021.

B. Other travelers whose flights are still scheduled and not yet canceled, and in the event that travel restrictions are lifted by the governments of the countries from which they’re traveling to or from, can benefit from the following:
1. Exemption from the ticket amendment fee, as well as the ticket price difference (if any).
2. Exemption from ticket cancellation fee. The value of the ticket will be obtained in the form of credit in the name of the traveler within the Cham Wings Airlines reservation system. This credit can be used for all of our flights and valid until the date of December 31^st, 2021.

C. In the event that the destination mentioned on the ticket of the passenger begins operations and travel restrictions for that destination are lifted, the passenger has 15 days from the date of commencement to make any amendment to the date of travel. After the 15 days have passed, all exemptions mentioned in (a) and (b) will cease to apply.
