Registration
Upon registration, the member will receive a bonus of (400) miles and the registration will be done through one of the following methods:
Registration Form
1. Visit Cham Wings Airlines website (Chamwings.com). Upon registration, the member receives a reward of 100 miles for using the website
2. Contact the customer service center (call center) or via email ([email protected]). According to that the member is registered in (Cham Wings Airlines Cham miles) program and gets the membership.
3. After completing the registration, the member can benefit by obtaining miles while traveling on Cham Wings Airlines.
Features obtained by the member:
• The member gets a free ticket after obtaining a specified number of miles depending on the desired destination.
• The member can buy miles.
• The member can create a pool with his family.
• The member can ask for upgrade depending on his tier.
• The member gets free extra baggage depending on his tier.
Cham Miles Tiers
Blue Tier
• This tier doesn’t offer any advantages.
• Passenger gets the Blue Tier on Enrollment.
• The Blue tier doesn’t have an expiry date.
Note: Tiers’ Miles will be calculated only from the actual flights.
Silver Tier
• The member reaches the Silver tier after obtaining (25,000) miles.
• Tier expires one year after the member reaches the Silver Tier.
• The member gets 10 kg extra baggage.
• Upon request, the member can receive a free ticket or upgrade from economy class to business class.
• The member gets priority in check-in.
• The member can redeem his miles for seat assignment.
• The member will earn 25% bonus from the destination’s miles.
• The member gets access the VIP Damascus’ lounge.
Golden Tier
• The member reaches the Golden tier after obtaining (50,000) miles.
• Tier expires one year after the member reaches the Golden Tier.
• The member gets 20 kg extra baggage.
• Upon request, the member can receive a free ticket or upgrade from economy class to business class.
• The member can select his favorite seat for free.
• The member gets priority in check-in and boarding.
• The member and companion can access the VIP lounge internationally (only direct flight).
• The member will earn 50% bonus from the destination’s miles.
Diamond Tier
• The member reaches the Diamond tier after obtaining (75,000) miles.
• Tier expires one year after the member reaches the Diamond Tier.
• The member gets 30 kg extra baggage.
• Upon request, the member can receive a free ticket or upgrade from economy class to business class.
• The member can select his favorite seat for free.
• The member gets priority in check-in and boarding.
• The member and companion can access the VIP lounge internationally (only direct flight).
• The member will earn 75% bonus from the destination’s miles.
