Registration

Upon registration, the member will receive a bonus of (400) miles and the registration will be done through one of the following methods:

Registration Form
1. The subscriber receives a reward of (100) miles when registering through Cham Wings website, so that his balance becomes (500) miles.
2. Contact the customer service center (call center) or via email ([email protected]). According to that the member is registered in (Cham Wings Airlines Cham miles) program and gets the membership.
3. After completing the registration, the member can benefit by obtaining miles while traveling on Cham Wings Airlines.

Features obtained by the member:

• A free ticket after accumulating a certain number of miles based on the desired destination.
• Purchasing Miles.
• Forming a pool with their family to accumulate miles.
• Redeeming miles for booking class upgrade.

• Free extra baggage based on their tier.

• Redeeming miles to select their preferred seat or obtain it for free based on their tier.
• Exclusive discounts and benefits through our network of partners inside and outside Syria, including luxury hotels restaurants shops, and car rental companies.

Cham Miles Tiers

Blue Tier

The traveler starts with this tier once he registers in the program and has no advantages or validity period.

Silver Tier

The member reaches the Silver tier after obtaining (25,000) miles.

The Tier expires one year after the member reaches the Silver Tier.

Benefits for the Silver Tier:

  • 10 kg extra baggage.
  • Priority check-in and boarding.
  • 25% bonus miles on the flight traveled miles.
  • Access to the Damascus Airport business lounge.
  • The member can redeem his miles for a free ticket, upgrade, or to select his preferred seat.

Golden Tier

The member reaches the Golden tier after obtaining (50,000) miles.
The tier expires one year after the member reaches the Golden Tier.

Benefits for the Golden Tier:

  • 20 kg extra baggage.
  • Priority check-in and boarding.
  • 50% bonus miles on the flight traveled miles.
  • Access with a companion to the business lounge internationally (only on the direct flights).
  • The member can redeem his miles to select his preferred seat
  • The member can redeem his miles for a free ticket, or an upgrade.
  • Selecting his preferred seat for free.

Diamond Tier

The member reaches the Diamond tier after obtaining (75,000) miles.
The tier expires one year after the member reaches the Diamond Tier.

Benefits for the Diamond Tier:

  • 30 kg extra baggage.
  • Priority check-in and boarding.
  • 75% bonus miles on the flight traveled miles.
  • Access with a companion to the business lounge internationally (only on the direct flights).
  • The member can redeem his miles to select his preferred seat
  • The member can redeem his miles for a free ticket, or an upgrade.
  • Selecting his preferred seat for free.
